Under the Weather
Sorry not to have posted for ages, but have been in hospital, Now home, I find I've brought a bug along with me and am snuffling, sneezing and coughing all over the place. Back to normal soon I hope.
Almost over the sniffles and then I can hopefully get my strength back. Not yet up to raising the arms for long periods at the easel. Instead, I've been devouring crime novels.
We are having glorious Spring weather and that helps one feel so much better. To see hundreds of acres of fruit trees in bloom and new lambs playing in lush green pastures, really lifts the spirits.
Just found that cardiac rehabilitation sessions are going to clash for eight weeks with my weekly painting group. Hmmmn....I wonder which will win?
It was a bit of a wake-up call and mainly due to inheriting bad genes, but I've resolved to be more careful with what I eat. Not easy for someone who loves cooking and experimenting with foods.
Gosh I hope you're back up and doing all you want in a very short time!!!
